Shipping/Freight Information Shipments are made F.O.B. our Kennesaw warehouse or from the manufacturer on items shipped directly. Your entire order may not be packaged together in one shipment due to different points of origin.
We ship Fed Ex Grd & UPS or common carrier when the size or weight of your order exceeds FedEx Grd/UPS limits. FedEx Grd/UPS limits packages to 70 pounds and a girth/length of 130". We reserve the right to select the most economical method of shipment.
Claims Please check your order when it is received. Claims for damaged goods should be filed immediately with the common carrier. Please note the damage on the freight bill or express receipt. The carrier agents are responsible for all damage claims. Call your account representative for assistance on FedEx Grd/UPS claims. Any claim for shortage must be made within five days after receipt of the goods. Please have your invoice number.
Returns and Exchanges Please obtain a return authorization from Clothesracks.com before returning or exchanging any merchandise. Unauthorized returns cannot be credited. Merchandise should be returned in excellent condition within 30 days of the invoice. On orders over 30 days old and factory direct orders, there may be a 25% restocking charge. No returns are accepted after 60 days of the invoice date. Custom orders cannot be returned at anytime.
Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to any tax which is in effect or may be imposed by state or federal law.
